莫干山·兴上头Future Working Space位于莫干山国际旅游度假区，是一座以 “自组织办公”为核心的新型联合办公综合体。突破传统空间设计的固化结构，这里通过模块化家具、智能环境感知和AI动态决策系统，实现空间形态随协作需求实时演化。从个人深度工作到团队敏捷共创，从私密会议到开放活动，兴上头以 去中心化、圈层渗透、人机共治的设计逻辑，重构未来办公体验——不再是人适应空间，而是空间主动适应人。
Moganshan Xingtoutou Future Working Space is located in Moganshan International Tourism Resort and is a new type of co working complex with "self-organizing office" as its core. Breaking through the rigid structure of traditional spatial design, this achieves real-time evolution of spatial form with collaborative needs through modular furniture, intelligent environment perception, and AI dynamic decision-making system. From individual deep work to team agile co creation, from private meetings to open events, Xingtou adopts a design logic of decentralization, circle penetration, and human-machine co governance to reconstruct the future office experience - no longer people adapting to space, but space actively adapting to people.

设计理念

The future space design is already a self-organizing office mode, no longer having structure first and then collaboration; But collaboration comes first, and the spatial structure changes as needed. How to design a decentralized and de-layered agileorganizational structure that integrates self-organizing space; How to use AI agents to reconstruct collaboration, roles, and decision-making mechanisms? How to promote one person with multiple roles, dynamic division of labor, and flexible governance? How to reshape the future work logic of spatial matching.

A concise and efficient design concept born to create efficient collaborative work while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere.

在功能布局上，以”弹性生长”为核心理念，打造了一个能自主演变的有机系统。灵活工作空间、培训空间、居住空间、展示空间等通过可移动隔断实现全天候功能转换。当建筑获得感知-决策-进化的能力，空间便不再是容器，而成为与自然共生的协作生命体。这里，工作方式将如莫干山的云雾般自由流动、自然生长。
In terms of functional layout, with the core concept of "elastic growth", we have created an organic system that can evolve independently. Flexible workspaces, training spaces, living space, exhibition spaces, etc. can achieve all-weather functional conversion through movable partitions. When buildings acquire the ability of perception, decision-making, and evolution, space is no longer a container, but a collaborative life form that coexists with nature. Here, the working mode will flow freely and grow naturally like the clouds and mist of Moganshan.
在设计策略上通过"进阶共享办公"理念、模块化智能家具系统、色彩情绪导向和多功能户外露台三大核心元素，重新定义未来工作方式。空间采用可自由组合的模块化单元，配合色彩心理学设计的区域划分，打造的立体露台系统，将自然光、新鲜空气和山景转化为动态办公资源，使工作场景能随需求在独立专注、团队协作和灵感激发模式间无缝切换。

Through the concept of "advanced shared office", modular intelligent furniture system, color and emotion orientation, and multifunctional outdoor terrace, the design strategy redefines the future way of working. The space adopts modular units that can be freely combined, combined with the area division designed by color psychology, to create a three-dimensional terrace system. It transforms natural light, fresh air, and mountain scenery into dynamic office resources, allowing work scenes to seamlessly switch between independent focus, team collaboration, and inspiration modes according to needs.模块化家具：未来办公空间的智能解决方案

At Xingtou Future Working Space, a modular furniture system is adopted, with flexibility and scalability as the core, to create a work environment that can be freely transformed according to needs. These intelligent units are quickly reorganized through standardized interfaces, perfectly adapting to different team sizes and functional requirements, while significantly reducing long-term operating expenses while improving space efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Its convenient installation and maintenance features make space adjustment as simple as assembling building blocks, significantly saving time and labor costs.

Ink Rock Black establishes a calm and profound tone, providing focus and strength; Misty White endows space with purity and openness, inspiring clear thinking and infinite possibilities; Granite Grey lime brings stability and toughness, laying the foundation for modern and elegant heritage; Mountainous Green mountains inject natural vitality and balance, promoting sustained growth and renewed vitality.
